Annual IRS Filing

We file your US tax return. From $240.

We prepare the forms, track the deadlines and handle the IRS, whether we formed your company or not. You send your figures once a year and get the filed copies back. Flat fee, no subscription.

Early-bird: book your 2026 filing by 31 January 2027 — 20% off, or 25% if we formed your company

Most non-resident owners with no US presence owe $0 in US tax. The filing itself is what's mandatory.

Who prepares your return

Returns prepared and signed by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Nothing goes to the IRS until you have said yes.

Turnaround: We file based on when you provide your details and we have discussed them by email. Usually within 1 week once all details arrive on time.

If we have not filed within 30 days, we refund our fee. The EIN is issued by the IRS and can take longer, so for formation the 30 days applies to the state filing. Refund policy

To prepare your return we share the details you send us with the tax preparer who prepares and signs it. See our Privacy Policy.

Pick your company type

One fee, once a year. Everything below is included — no per-form charges.

Book your 2026 filing before 31 January 2027 and take 20% off. If we formed your company it is 25%, applied automatically when we quote you — nothing to enter.

Formed with another provider? You pay the standard price above. Just send your EIN letter and formation documents.

If we have not filed within 30 days, we refund our fee. The EIN is issued by the IRS and can take longer, so for formation the 30 days applies to the state filing. Refund policy

One discount at a time — you get the best single rate you qualify for, never two added together. State filings are separate: Wyoming and Delaware are cheap, California bills every LLC $800 a year on its own.

How it works

About fifteen minutes of your time, once a year.

1

Tell us about the year

Company name, who owns what, and your revenue and expenses. No SSN or ITIN needed, and no US address.

2

We prepare the return

A US tax preparer completes the correct forms for your structure and checks them against your formation documents.

3

You approve it

We send a draft with anything that needs your signature. Nothing goes to the IRS until you have said yes.

4

We file and archive

The return is submitted and the stamped copies land in your dashboard, ready for banks, investors or your accountant at home.

Everything your LLC may owe each year

The federal return is only one of the yearly obligations. These are the others a non-resident owner should know about.

Wyoming annual report

Due on the first day of the anniversary month of your formation. From $60.

We file this for $50. State fees are paid directly to the state.

Delaware LLC annual tax

$400, due June 1 every year (raised from $300 by Delaware HB 400 in 2026).

We file this for $50. State fees are paid directly to the state.

FBAR (FinCEN Form 114)

A US LLC, including a disregarded single-member LLC, files an FBAR if its foreign financial accounts hold more than $10,000 combined at any time in the year. Due April 15, with an automatic extension to October 15.

We file this for $50.

Missed a Form 5472 in a prior year?

A missed Form 5472 carries a $25,000 penalty per form, per year. File as soon as you can and tell us which years are missing.

We file this: the same price as a regular filing, with no extra charge for missed years.

Will I actually owe anything?

Almost certainly not, if you are the usual case: living outside the United States, doing the work there, billing clients wherever they happen to be. US tax follows where the work is performed, not where the customer sits — so that income is not US-sourced and nothing is due. The return is a report, not a bill.

Four things change that answer, and they are worth checking honestly:

  • You registered in the wrong state. California charges every LLC $800 a year for existing; New York adds publication costs.
  • You have a footprint in America. An office, stock in a warehouse, staff on a W-2, or anyone stateside who can sign contracts for you.
  • An American owns part of it. One citizen or Green Card holder changes the rules for the whole company.
  • The money is American, not the work. Royalties, ad revenue, interest, dividends and rent from US sources are withheld at the border wherever you live.

Whichever applies, we will tell you before you pay us anything — and if your case genuinely needs a specialist rather than us, we will say so.

Owing nothing in America does not mean owing nothing anywhere: the profit is your personal income and is taxable where you live. Keep a local accountant for that side.

Send us your year and we'll take it from there

Tell us your company type and we'll confirm the exact forms and price before any commitment. Early-bird pricing holds until 31 January 2027.

Questions about US tax filing

What if I already missed a deadline?+

File as soon as you can. A missed Form 5472 carries a $25,000 penalty per form, per year, and filing late is better than not filing. Tell us which years are missing and we will confirm what we can file before you pay anything.

Do I need an ITIN?+

Not for the company filings we prepare: the pro-forma 1120 with Form 5472, or Form 1065. You may need one to file a personal return or to claim a tax-treaty benefit.

What documents do you need from me?+

Your company name and EIN, who owns what, and the year's revenue and expenses. We check the return against your formation documents. No SSN, no US address.

Can I e-file Form 5472?+

No. A pro-forma Form 1120 with Form 5472 has to be filed on paper, by mail or fax, which we handle for you.

What happens after I approve the draft?+

We submit the return, and the filed copies land in your dashboard, ready for banks, investors or your accountant at home.

General information, not tax advice. Deadlines and rules described here are the common cases for non-resident owners and cannot account for your circumstances, your country's treaty with the United States, or your obligations at home. Returns are prepared by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA); AvenueUS is not a law firm or an accountancy firm.
